Curry Black Bean Sweet Potato Burger
Enjoy a tasty bean burger that does not fall apart and shapes into a patty well.

Black beans (no salt or low salt preferred)

Onion (small), chopped

Quick Oats (or regular, "Old Fashioned")
plus more, as needed
You can leave regular oats as-is or grind them in a blender to make Quick Oats.

Chopped Greens (cooked with the liquid squeezed out)

Instructions
In a large bowl combine all ingredients (be sure to squeeze liquid out of the greens, if used).
Mix and squish all ingredients. The mixture should be moist but not wet. Add oats if too wet, add tomato paste if too dry.
Shape into patties. Bake in oven (350 degrees for 12 minutes) or cook in pan.
Notes
Tips:
Too crumbly? Add more liquid. Too watery? Add more starch.
