Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Steel Cut Oats
- 1 TBSP Ground Flax
- 1 TBSP Ground Chia Seeds (optional: use whole)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Notes
Mix ingredients and use as your base for your breakfast meal. Store in a container to make the prepared oat recipe.
We sometimes add turmeric and pepper for an extra boost of nutrition. If you do this, just do a little and adjust over time as these are strong flavors. You may want to do this with the individual serving size first to test it out.
We recommend that you prepare this in bulk to make food prep much easier (see notes below).
