About this workout

33 minutes

This is a full-body mobility and stretching workout designed to help you move better, feel looser, and reduce stiffness throughout your entire body.

This class is perfect for warming up before a workout, cooling down after exercise, or using on its own on recovery days when your body needs something gentle.

The focus here is simple:
Move the way your body is meant to move.

We use slow, intentional movement combined with breath work to help release tight areas, improve range of motion, and support long-term joint health.

You’ll start with gentle neck and shoulder mobility, then move through the upper body, spine, hips, and legs. Every movement is done with control and awareness—nothing rushed, nothing forced.

Breathing is a key part of this practice. You’ll be encouraged to breathe in through your nose and use each exhale to help release tension and go a little deeper into each stretch.

This class also includes:

  • Neck and shoulder mobility to reduce upper-body tension
  • Gentle spinal movement to improve flexibility
  • Hip and lower-body stretching for better movement and balance
  • Floor-based stretches to release tight muscles and improve recovery
  • Light strengthening through controlled holds and stability work

This is not a high-intensity workout.
This is about maintenance, recovery, and long-term health.

You’ll be reminded throughout to meet your body where it is today—not where you think it should be. Flexibility is not the goal. Consistency and movement are.

As we age, staying mobile becomes one of the most important things we can do for our health. This class is built to support that goal in a safe, simple, and effective way.

Take your time. Breathe. Move slowly.
Your body will respond.
